When you send a project description, photograph, or plan through a consultation form, we use it to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please send only material you have permission to share. A form submission does not give us permission to publish your images or project details.

Information, Pricing and Consultation Limits

Published prices are planning ranges
Price bands describe past work or broad planning allowances in Australian dollars, including GST. They are not quotes, tenders, or promises about what your project will cost. Scope, access, finish selections, and concealed conditions can change the total.
Technical guidance needs a property review
Online notes about structure, wiring, plumbing, heating, or cooling aren't an inspection or a site-specific recommendation. A qualified professional must assess the home before you act on a technical concern.
A conversation isn't a project agreement
Sending a form, discussing an idea, or reading this site does not create a professional or construction relationship. That begins only when both sides sign a written domestic building contract describing the work.
